Privacy Policy

The Saturate 2026 app ("the app") is provided by Elim NextGen, a ministry of Elim Fellowship, to help attendees of the Saturate youth conference access the schedule, speakers, map, and related event information. We respect your privacy and only collect the information needed to serve you during and after the event. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

The app does not require an account and does not collect any personal information unless you choose to submit it through one of our optional forms:

• Connect / Respond form — if you tell us you made a decision, recommitted your life, need prayer, or want to connect, you may optionally provide your name, email address, phone number, church, areas of interest, and a short note.
• Ask a Question (Hot Topics) — you may submit a question for the panel, with your name or anonymously.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or device identifiers, and the app contains no advertising or third-party tracking.

How we use your information

• To follow up with you and help you take a next step in your faith when you ask us to.
• To share the questions you submit with the Hot Topics panel during the event.
• To respond to your interest in mission trips, camps, regional events, or serving.

We use your information only for these ministry purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How your information is stored

Form submissions are securely stored using Supabase, our hosting and database provider, and are accessible only to authorized Elim NextGen leaders. The app itself is delivered over the web and hosted via Netlify. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Young people

Saturate is a youth conference, and some attendees are minors. Any information submitted is used solely to allow our ministry leaders to care for and follow up with attendees. If you are a parent or guardian and would like information about your child removed, please contact us using the email below and we will promptly do so.

Your choices

Providing information through the app is always optional — you can use the schedule, speakers, and map without submitting anything. To access, correct, or delete information you have submitted, contact us and we will handle your request.
